Cgate’s lightweight PS Board consists of a continuously produced rigid polystyrene foam core sandwiched between two paper surface liners with a smooth, durable matte finish. PS Board provides superior rigidity and longevity compared to other foam-core substrates of its kind, yet the material is lightweight and economical. For easy mounting of photographs and posters, optional one side glue / one side paper can be supplied.

Key applications for the product include interior signage, digital printing, POP displays, exhibit and kiosk construction and other display uses. The product can be finished and fabricated easily in a variety of ways with standard shop tools. It can be painted, printed and screen-printed. The material is effective for the production of vinyl letters, which can be easily repositioned. Cold mounting techniques can be used for photo mounting.
